Department Overview:

Degree is the premier self-care and wellness studio, providing innovative wellness treatments and technologies. 10 services under one roof: red light, infrared sauna, cryotherapy, cold plunge, compression leg and hip, oxygen, IV drips, booster shots, facial red light.

Schedule:

Looking for some weekday evenings around 4-730pm, weekends between 930am-530pm. 

Salary/Wage Range:

Hourly $16.50 to $16.50

Position Summary/Job Duties:

You’ll create a warm first impression, guide
guests through leading-edge therapies (like cryotherapy, red light, and IV drips), and inspire
commitment to wellness journeys that truly make a difference.
What You’ll Do:
● Greet guests with positivity and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional
experience.
● Educate members about our services and recommend tailored self-care routines.
● Convert first-time guests into loyal members through confident, consultative sales.
● Manage scheduling, phone inquiries, and point-of-sale transactions with precision.
● Keep our studio pristine and welcoming—reset rooms, restock, and ensure a calming
vibe.
● Support member retention with follow-up and personal touches that build community.
● Collaborate with your team to create an energized, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications:

You Bring:
● 6+ months of customer service, retail, or sales experience.
● Friendly, enthusiastic energy and genuine interest in wellness.
● Tech-savvy with scheduling, phone, and POS systems.
● Flexibility for evenings/weekends.
● A sales mindset with a member-first approach.

Physical Demands

Stand for 4-9 hours. Walk, bend, lift up to 15 pounds.
