The Winternship 2027 - LABO provides hands-on experience with buying teams, including analyzing merchandise and stock information, attending market appointments, learning merchandising systems, and developing product knowledge.

What you'll do:

• Observe the administrative and operational functions supporting a designated Buyer
• Analyze and interpret key business issues including merchandise reports, Open-to-Buy monitoring, and stock analysis
• Attend market appointments and competitive shopping trips
• Learn merchandising systems and gain understanding of warehouse processes
• Develop product knowledge through competitive shopping, shopping Ross stores, and market exposure
