Work you'll do
We are looking for a workforce compliance contractor to support complex client engagements from scoping through delivery. You will advise senior client stakeholders and design practical compliance operating models, controls, and governance. You will also shape technology-enabled solutions and contribute to proposals, account growth, and reusable playbooks.
What you’ll do
- Contribute in engagement planning, including scope, workplans, timelines, team coordination, and delivery quality.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders on workforce compliance priorities, operating models, and implementation considerations.
- Design and improve compliance processes, controls, governance, and oversight.
- Assess opportunities to use technology and data to strengthen compliance execution and monitoring.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain effective client and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to proposals, solution design, and account-growth activities.
- Develop reusable playbooks, methodologies, and other delivery resources.
- Identify delivery risks and support practical actions to address them.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in workforce compliance, HR consulting, HR operations, or managed services.
- Experience coordinating teams and complex client engagements.
- Experience advising or working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience supporting proposals, business development, or account growth.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience designing compliance operating models, controls, or governance structures.
- Experience with technology-enabled workforce or compliance solutions.
- Experience creating repeatable methods, playbooks, or implementation guidance.
- Ability to translate complex compliance needs into practical recommendations
The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $80-$90 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
