Position Details
Approximate 6-month Co-op session with competitive pay

Requirements
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from January 19, 2027 through June 4, 2027. Responsibilities
Strategy
The Workforce Management team is focused on helping the IT organization make informed, data-driven decisions about resource management, workforce planning, and strategic priorities. The team partners closely with technology and business leaders to develop insights that improve visibility into IT resources, workforce allocation, financial planning, and operational effectiveness.
Teamwork
. As the team continues to mature its workforce management capabilities, there is a strong focus on building reliable datasets, enhancing reporting capabilities, and generating analytics that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Analysis
During your co-op experience, you will assist in building and maintaining datasets, analyzing workforce trends, and creating reports and dashboards that communicate key metrics and insights. You will collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improved reporting and analytics while gaining exposure to workforce planning, resource management, and IT operations.

Requirements
Education
Pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
Experience creating reports, dashboards, or visualizations using Power BI or similar analytics tools.
Skills
Strong interest in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence. Ability to analyze data and communicate insights effectively to a variety of audiences. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge
Knowledge of Clarity (or similar project management platforms) is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis concepts.

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $20.90 - $35.70
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $22.80 - $37.30
