About this role
## Job Summary
As part of the Trace3xperience Program, the Workplace AI Tracer (Intern) will help Trace3 evaluate, compare, and position the leading enterprise workplace AI platforms, including Anthropic Claude, Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Meta AI, and OpenAI ChatGPT. Reporting to the Vice President of Total Experience, the Tracer will work closely with the Practice Directors of Intelligent Enterprise, Customer Experience, and AI Solutions to build hands-on platform expertise, earn manufacturer certifications, and create an enterprise-level platform comparison that Trace3 teams and clients will use to make better decisions. The Tracer will also support pre-sales scoping and manufacturer partnership programs, and partner with fellow Tracers across groups such as AI Governance to connect Trace3's AI offerings and speed up the sale of its AI portfolio.
Tracers in this program will receive accelerated professional development, exposure to all technical functions of an IT consulting organization, world-class mentoring, and unique networking opportunities across the organization.
## What You Can Expect to Learn and Do
- Study each workplace AI platform in depth: core capabilities, architecture, integrations, security and data controls, admin and governance features, and product roadmap
- Complete manufacturer training and certification courses for Anthropic, Glean, Microsoft, Google, Meta, and OpenAI platforms as available
- Build and maintain an enterprise-level comparison of the platforms, covering technical capabilities, security and compliance, deployment considerations, and commercial models such as licensing, pricing, and consumption
- Present the platform comparison and related findings to internal Trace3 audiences, including sellers, solution architects, and practice leaders, as well as to Trace3 clients
- Assist with pre-sales scoping, including discovery preparation, requirements gathering, use case identification, and solution summaries
- Help clients understand the differences between platforms from both a technology and a commercial standpoint, so they can choose the right fit for their organization
- Support Trace3's partnership programs with these manufacturers, including tracking program requirements, certifications, incentives, and partner enablement
- Work with the Intelligent Enterprise, Customer Experience, and AI Solutions Practice Directors to map each platform to their portfolios and identify where Trace3 services fit
- Collaborate with Tracers from other groups, such as AI Governance, to connect offerings across teams and build joint stories that accelerate the sale of Trace3's AI portfolio
- Learn how an IT solutions provider evaluates emerging technology, builds partner relationships, and takes new offerings to market
## Eligibility and Preferred Skills

- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accepts direction on given assignments
- Self-motivated individuals with a customer mindset and desire to help people
