5+ years yield enhancement experience in the semiconductor industry; bachelor's in engineering, chemistry, physics or related; strong statistical process control, engineering change control, recipe writing/ excursion control; experience with Puma/Altair/BF platforms/SEM and Klarity; strong analytical, communication, teamwork and time-management skills.
