Treat any figure you see outside an actual Bloomberg posting as a rough estimate, not a confirmed rate.

Bloomberg also says students don't need a finance or technical major specifically, just a strong aptitude for one or both, which opens the door wider than the Terminal's finance-heavy reputation might suggest. And by the company's own account, a meaningful share of summer interns convert into full-time offers, which is worth keeping in mind if you're weighing Bloomberg against a company that treats its internship as a standalone summer rather than a hiring pipeline.

International students should check sponsorship on the specific posting before applying rather than assuming either way. Bloomberg is a large, global employer with offices well beyond the US, so visa policy can differ by office and by which entity actually holds the role, which isn't something a general careers page will spell out.
