Job Search by ApplyBolt lets you search ApplyBolt's pool of live, currently open jobs and internships from inside an AI assistant. Ask in plain language ("remote data analyst jobs that sponsor H-1B") and the assistant returns matching roles with company, location, pay and a link to the full job page on ApplyBolt.

It is free, read-only and needs no account or sign-in. It never applies to jobs, sends messages or changes anything on your behalf.

Set it up

ChatGPT

Find "Job Search by ApplyBolt" in the ChatGPT plugins directory, or add it yourself: turn on Developer mode (Settings → Security), then under Plugins choose ＋ and create a connector with the server URL above and "No authentication".

Claude

Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. Paste the server URL above and leave the authentication fields empty.

Cursor, Codex and other MCP clients

Tools

search_jobs

Searches open jobs and internships. All parameters are optional:

  • query: role or keywords, matched against job title and company. Supports AND, OR, NOT, "quoted phrases" and parentheses.
  • company: employer name, e.g. "Stripe".
  • location: city, state or country.
  • workplaceType: remote, hybrid or onsite.
  • visaSponsorship: only roles that offer visa sponsorship (e.g. H-1B).
  • salaryMin: minimum yearly salary in USD.
  • postedWithinDays: 1 to 30 (default 30).
  • sort, limit (up to 50) and page for ordering and pagination.

In ChatGPT, results also render as a table with company logos and an Apply link for each role.

Both tools are read-only.
