## Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do: - Own the end-to-end scoping, analysis, and delivery of a defined business problem — from data gathering through insight communication - Design, iterate, and document AI prompts and workflows; take ownership of data preparation pipelines for assigned projects - Build and maintain dashboards, reports, or models that are actively used by internal teams — with full accountability for quality and accuracy - Identify trends, patterns, and insights within datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations - Use AI tools to improve efficiency and automate analytical workflows - Develop and test agentic workflow prototypes that reduce manual effort on high-friction business processes - Present findings and recommendations directly to team leads and business stakeholders - Identify data gaps or inconsistencies and propose solutions, not just flag them ## Our ideal builders will have the following attributes & skills: - Education: Current student in a related bachelor's or master’s or PhD program or has graduated from such a program within the past year - Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in either Needham, MA, Miami, FL, or New York, NY - Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) - Demonstrated experience building with AI (LLMs, automation workflows, agent frameworks, or prompt engineering) with examples you can speak to - Experience working with real-world or messy datasets - Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools through coursework or projects - Ability to approach problems in a structured and logical way - Interest in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce
