Louis Vuitton is seeking a dedicated, vigilant, and results-driven Asset Protection Manager based out of our Orlando location. This individual would also be supporting our Tampa and Jacksonville locations. The Asset Protection Manager is responsible for protecting the store company assets and helping the store education on Asset Protection strategies to combat shrink. The APM also enforces policy, procedures and standards set by the store, department and company.

Job responsibilities

In this pivotal multi-store level leadership role, the Louis Vuitton Asset Protection Manager will drive store safety, loss prevention initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies through key responsibilities including:

• Asset Protection & Loss Mitigation: Implementing standards and procedures to control internal and external loss, enforcing company policies, monitoring internal controls, maintaining a perpetual awareness of inventory risks, and managing physical security systems.
  
  
• Management, Training & Team Engagement: Managing, training, and developing security staff members, motivating store personnel to embrace loss prevention techniques, and collaborating closely with store management on security and personnel procedures.
  
  
• Safety & Emergency Response: Protecting employees and maintaining ongoing awareness and training around safety issues, fraud prevention, and emergency response protocols.
  
  
• Reporting & Collaboration: Providing weekly quantitative and qualitative reports on losses, recoveries, and policy violations to department leaders and store management, while serving as a key partner for store operations.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $105,000-$115,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
