In this role, you’ll keep our systems running smoothly, lead process improvements, develop test automation, and help coach and mentor newer BSAs. If you’re the kind of person who speaks up, drives results, and enjoys guiding others, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

- Business Systems Consultant III: $99,000-$133,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Work-life balance with vacation, personal time and paid holidays. See our benefits and perks page for details.
- Applicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead requirements gathering, hypothesis development, and gap analysis while guiding and mentoring Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Direct cross-functional initiatives and process improvements, aligning workflows, compliance, and business objectives across teams.
- Oversee test strategy development (manual and automated), including planning, prioritization, quality review, and execution.
- Build business cases and drive change initiatives, including vendor management, stakeholder communication, and adoption of Agile and project management practices.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Solid business analysis skills with 5 + years of proven experience gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and supporting system or process changes.
- Strong attention to detail, communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to speak up, influence decisions, and build relationships across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment—skilled at prioritizing, problem-solving, and driving results.
- Experience with Agile, SDLC, or similar methodologies.
- Strong skills in process mapping, event driven architecture and understanding complex system integrations.
- You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED:
- Insurance industry knowledge (life, health, annuities, or pensions).
- Understanding of industry standard payment processes and related compliance.
