About this role

Wayfair is hiring a Campus Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for intern, co-op, and full-time early-career roles. The role builds university partnerships, delivers campus engagement and recruitment programs, and uses data to improve candidate pipelines and hiring outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from attraction to onboarding, including event planning and management, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across intern, co-op, and full-time roles
  • Build and execute school- and partner-specific engagement plans (e.g., career fairs, info sessions, classroom visits, student group collaborations) to attract a high-caliber and diverse pipeline of candidates, and ensure Wayfair shows up as a compelling, well-organized employer of choice
  • Own and deepen relationships with campus career centers, faculty, and student organizations, serving as a strategic ambassador for Wayfair on your campuses and in relevant external networks
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, interview teams, HR partners, and program managers) to deliver a seamless, equitable recruitment, interviewing, and hiring experience
  • Leverage data and market insights to track funnel health, understand competitive trends, and refine strategies to improve conversion across each stage of the pipeline
  • Serve as a knowledgeable business representative to answer candidate questions about our early career tracks, programs, and career paths at Wayfair
  • Participate in the planning and execution of our corporate summer internship, Early Leaders, and co-op programs, collaborating closely with the Programs team on orientations, events, and conversion strategies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements, experimenting with new technologies, and sharing best practices across the Campus Recruiting and Programs team

What they're looking for:

  • 1+ years of applicable experience in a high-growth, fast-paced recruiting environment
  • Demonstrated success managing high-volume pipelines and/or programs while maintaining a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities, keep up with our pace, and never lose sight of candidate or stakeholder experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a consultative approach; able to influence, set expectations, and communicate clearly and diplomatically across all levels
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of ownership, organization, and urgency while collaborating effectively with teammates in a seasonal, fast-changing environment
  • Tech-forward mindset, with comfort using recruiting systems and integrating generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini) to optimize sourcing, communications, and workflow efficiency
  • Process-oriented, flexible, and excited to test, learn, and iterate on new ideas that improve both candidate and stakeholder experiences
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Campus, university, or early-career recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience establishing and nurturing relationships with campus partners and/or external organizations, and promoting a compelling employment brand internally and externally preferred

Benefits:

  • Medical health benefits available after 90 days of employment.
  • 401(k) plan with a match from Wayfair.
  • Wayfair employee discount.
  • Exclusive access to thousands of perks & discounts through BenefitHub.
  • Free virtual education and skills programs through online learning platforms.
  • Hybrid role – full-time Monday–Friday (ability to WFH Fridays).
