## Program Overview Arch's summer internship program offers students a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience in the insurance industry. The program is designed with the following objectives: - Provide challenging work that benefits both the intern and Arch. - Develop interns through learning activities and ongoing feedback. - Identify talented individuals for full-time opportunities. ## Qualifications The standard qualifications of intern candidates are: - 3.0 GPA. - Current college students actively enrolled in an accredited college or university. - Entrepreneurial spirit along with the desire to be a continuous learner. - Team player who collaborates effectively. - Self-starter who can work independently and deal effectively with multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced environment.
