Week 1 - Sunday, Thursday, Friday
Week 2 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday

You, our Ideal Candidate
You are a licensed LPN with a passion for senior care and strong clinical judgment. You thrive in a collaborative environment and approach each resident with compassion, patience, and professionalism. You’re committed to delivering high-quality nursing care and being a valued part of a mission-driven team in our Assisted Living and Memory Care units.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ health and report changes promptly
- Collaborate with caregivers and families to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Requirements
- Valid Ohio LPN license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
