- Recruit, hire, train, and level‑up your squad of Personal Trainers

🎓 WHAT YOU BRING
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree = bonus points
- CPR certified
- One or more of the following:
- Nationally accredited PT certification
- B.S. in Exercise Science or Kinesiology
⭐ EXPERIENCE THAT HELPS
- 1–2 years as a Personal Trainer
- Management experience leading teams of 3–10 (retail/hospitality/fitness)
- Consultative sales experience — We can help people more when they say yes to coaching!
🏋️ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Move around the club like you own it
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, members, and guests
- Demonstrate exercises and proper technique
- Lift up to 50 lbs (aka: warm‑up weight)
