Regional Marketing Coordinator

STATE-OF-THE-ART PHARMACY SEEKS A REGIONAL MARKETING COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

SpecialtyRx is an innovative, full-service pharmacy who partners with subacute and long-term care facilities throughout the United States, transforming drug care by facilitating the complete medication dispensing process.

The Compliance Officer will assist the Chief Compliance Officer in maintaining quality and compliance with operations and regulatory agencies for ALL locations under Specialty Rx Inc. Tasks will include visiting pharmacy sites for mock inspection, authoring and updating internal policies and manuals, completing annual attestations for all locations, answering compliance and regulatory questions, and helping to obtain and maintain JCAHO accreditation for all sites. 

Hours: Full Time ~ Hybrid ~ 1st Shift 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Travel to assigned regions to support marketing and business development activities.

·         Partner with Regional Leadership to identify local marketing needs and opportunities.

·         Coordinate hiring events, career fairs, community events, and outreach activities.

·         Assist with the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns.

·         Create and distribute marketing materials, including flyers, presentations, and promotional items.

·         Ensure company branding is consistent across all locations.

·          Support new opening locations and other regional initiatives.

·         Build relationships with community organizations, schools, and local partners.

·         Work with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment marketing efforts.

·         Coordinate promotional materials and marketing supplies for regional events.

·         Track marketing activities and provide updates on completed projects.

·         Assist with other marketing and business development projects as assigned

Qualifications:

•          Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 
•          2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, or a related role.
•          Strong communication and organizational skills.
•          Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
•       Experience with Microsoft Office and basic marketing or design software (such as Canva) is a plus.  
•          Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
•          Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
•          Organized with excellent attention to detail. 
•       Time management and problem-solving skills.
•       Ability to work with multiple departments and teams.
•         Time management and problem-solving skills.

•       Event planning and coordination experience
