5+ years plant-floor Supplier Quality Engineering experience in automotive or complex manufacturing; Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field; structured problem-solving (8D, 5 Whys, fishbone, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA); ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
