Job Summary

The server will be responsible for taking food and drink orders from customers, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The server will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements

• Prior experience as a server preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
