About this role
Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical preferred) or BS environmental science + experience; 2 years consulting experience in air quality (permitting, dispersion modeling, emissions inventories, compliance); working knowledge of GHG, Title V, PSD, NSR, BACT, LAER, NSPS, MACT; strong technical writing and client communication.
