Orlando Health is seeking a Supply Chain Team Leader to help coordinate day-to-day supply chain operations, support team members, and ensure critical supplies are available to support exceptional patient care. 🌟 Why Join Orlando Health? ✅ Be part of a mission-driven healthcare organization ✅ Lead and support essential supply chain operations that directly impact patient care ✅ Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits ✅ Opportunities for career growth and leadership development ✅ Collaborative and supportive team environment 🔹 What You'll Do 📦 Coordinate facility supply chain operations in accordance with corporate and hospital policies 📊 Generate inventory, management, and operational reports 📈 Monitor and report on key performance indicators and critical success factors 🔄 Process system updates related to product additions and modifications 📋 Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy 🚚 Oversee receiving, requisitioning, order processing, stocking, and distribution activities ✅ Conduct quality assurance audits and identify improvement opportunities 👥 Create employee schedules and coordinate routine team meetings 🏥 Round regularly with hospital departments to identify supply chain needs 🔧 Perform basic system troubleshooting and resolve operational issues 💡 Lead and implement process improvement initiatives 🤝 Serve as a resource and support for Supply Chain Technicians and departmental staff 🎓 Qualifications ✔ High School Diploma or GED required ✔ Associate Degree may substitute for up to two (2) years of required experience ✔ Bachelor's Degree may substitute for up to four (4) years of required experience ✔ Six (6) years of experience in warehousing, distribution, inventory management, supply chain, or retail operations required ✔ Experience with receiving, inventory control, stocking, and supply management required ✔ Leadership or team coordination experience preferred 💙 Why Orlando Health?
