Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related STEM field; 2+ years managing and troubleshooting Linux-based systems; knowledge of network communications including multicast; experience with incident response and root cause analysis; scripting with Python, Bash, Go, Java, or JavaScript; familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, RabbitMQ.
