Job Duties:
Collaborating with project managers, business analysts, programmers, and other technical subject matter experts to provide project support documentation and training, including but not limited to attending and documenting meetings, creating standard operating procedures, providing written training guides and manuals, drafting maintenance and support plans and policies, and providing virtual and onsite training.
You'd be a GOOD fit if:
You have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in technical writing, education, computer science, telecommunications, management information systems, business administration, or related field.
You have at least 2 years full-time, wage-earning experience in information technology, telecommunications, training, journalism, or technical program support.
You have experience in documentation preparation or technical writing.
You have experience in training development, preparation, and delivery.
You have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
You'd be a GREAT fit if:
You have experience documenting technical meetings.
You have experience creating technical documentation for state agencies.
You have experience creating business newsletters and digital signage.
You have a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
