Job Duties:

This position manages the operations of equipment and daily maintenance tasks on a correctional facility.  This position leads a team of technicians, enforces safety protocols, and ensures all equipment operates efficiently.

You understand maintenance and construction regulations and standards.

You know construction practices and materials.

You can communicate instructions clearly and concisely.

You'd be a GREAT fit if:

You have five years of facility maintenance or construction experience.

You have two years of supervisory experience.

You understand construction and facility maintenance policies and operations.

You know agency organizational structures, policies, and regulations.
