You'll <strong>greet and guide</strong> hundreds of visitors daily, ensuring their game day experience is smooth and enjoyable. From managing the information tent and handling coach check-ins to overseeing <strong>fun concession sales</strong>, you'll wear many hats, all while providing <strong>stellar customer service</strong>. <strong>Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a knack for organization, and love seeing smiles on kids' faces?</strong> Join our team and make a difference!</div><div><br></div><div> <strong>Responsibilities <br></strong><br> </div><ul> <li>Set up and break down information tent/table equipment in a professional and organized manner.</li> <li>Check-in coaches and distribute weekly resources.</li> <li>Complete merchandise and concession sales using cash, credit cards, and other digital platforms.</li> <li>Answer parent/coach questions and proactively address concerns.</li> <li>Relay any concerns or feedback to the site manager through detailed site notes.</li> <li>Advocate for the company's core concepts, including sportsmanship values.</li> <li>Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and provide superior customer service.</li> </ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Qualifications/Requirements</strong></div><div><br></div><ul> <li> <strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and coaches.</li> <li> <strong>Professionalism:</strong> Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.</li> <li> <strong>Leadership:</strong> Demonstrated awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure a safe environment.</li> <li> <strong>Problem-Solving: </strong>Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and solve problems.</li> <li> <strong>Sports Background:</strong> Minimum of 2 years of sport-specific officiating, playing, or coaching experience.</li> <li> <strong>Reliability:</strong> Reliable transportation to and from the workplace venue.</li> <li> <strong>Technology:</strong> Must have a smartphone with internet capability.</li> <li> <strong>Background Check:</strong> Successful completion of a National Criminal Background Check is required.</li> <li> <strong>Flexibility:</strong> Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, for the full season duration (approximately 7 weeks).</li> </ul><div> <br>We offer a competitive hourly rate and an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the i9 Sports community.
